Special Stretch and Warm-up Session

The Nutrition Coach®, 5-Time Toronto to Montreal Friends For Life Charity Cyclist (600km), GoodLife FITNESS Level 3 Personal Trainer, and Author of 2 books was our special guest on Tuesday May 13 for a special stretch and warm-up session at the beginning of the Adult class starting at 7pm.

Dan’s many years of experience in the fitness field offered new ways to warm-up and safely stretch our muscles (some of us stiffer than others) to enhance our strength and mobility in conjuction with the karate moves we do in class.

Dan is also an award winning Nutrition Specialist having developed new concepts on how to fuel the body better. Dan currently offers nutrition and fitness sessions at the Oshawa Centre GoodLife location.
